Custom

I love to do custom work. I am happy to work with you to create a custom piece of glass or jewelry.

The custom process begins with several e-mails in which we discuss what you envision. I will help with the design process by asking several questions and making suggestions to help finalize the design. I will be sure to cover information such as color, size and materials. Occasionally, I may have to offer alternative suggestions, to ensure that your piece can be made and will last. I will ask you your price range so I can offer options that will meet your needs.

After I have a clear understanding of your design, I will send you design ideas and digital images of materials (stones or glass) and an estimated price and delivery schedule for your approval and or modification. Once I have your approval, I will require a 50% non-refundable deposit. The balance is due upon completion of the final project. Depending on the time of year and complexity of the piece, it could take 4-8 weeks for completion. Please plan ahead.

I guarantee the craftsmanship and materials used in my work. I also guarantee that the piece will match the final design you approved including the materials and dimensions of the piece. Custom work is not refundable unless it is defective upon arrival (please see my policy on refunds). Custom work may only be returned for a credit toward another piece or an exchange less shipping and charge card charges.
